Our History
In 2002, Kevin Behnke, owner of Behnke Estates, acquired the picturesque Apple Works Orchard in Germantown, Wisconsin before restoring and remodeling the property into the picturesque estate it is today including opening Apple Works Winery in 2016.
Over the past seven plus years, Behnke Estates has evolved to produce more than just apple-related products. Kevin has shifted his focus on producing some of the finest, award-winning wines from America’s Heartland, and the world.
It’s with relentless dedication, that Kevin and his wife, Lisa, set out to greet guests warmly, share their passion for wine, and make gatherings memorable.
